- AKA threadworm
- acquired percutaneously
- causes migratory urticaria = larva currens
- presents with itching
- if it reaches lungs -->pneumonitis
- treatment: mebendazole
2. Toxocara canis
- caused by ingesting eggs from soil contaminated with dog poo
- treatmet: mebendazole
