MRCP revision battle 29.9: Liddle's Syndrome
Liddle's syndrome
is an
autosomal dominant
condition caused by
enhanced sodium reabsorption
in the
DCT.
It results in:
hypertension
hypokalaemia
metabolic alkalosis
Treatment is salt restriction, potassium, amiloride.
