Pellegra is nicotinic acid deficiency = vitamin B3 deficiency.


Symptoms include:

• diarrhoea
• dementia
• dermatitis
• depression
• ataxia
• insomnia

Causes of pellegra include:

• alcoholism
• diet
• isoniazid
• carcinoid syndrome
